  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced pears, blue cheese, walnuts, and dried cranberries.

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
