How To Make Mini Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls

- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, blue cheese, and chopped celery.

Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto each egg roll wrapper, then roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go.

In a large skillet, heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Carefully add the egg rolls to the hot oil and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
