How To Make Cobb Salad

Ingredients
- 8 cups mixed salad greens
- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 avocados, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- for the dressing:
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, chicken, bacon, avocados, tomatoes, eggs, blue cheese, red onion, and chives.

In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
