How To Make Cobb Salad Bowls

Ingredients
- 4 cups of mixed salad greens
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of cooked chicken breast, diced
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1/2 cup of crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup of sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- For the dressing:
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp of Dijon mustard
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, chicken, bacon, avocado, eggs, blue cheese, green onions, and parsley.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
